अनुच्छेद 368 संविधान संशोधन के लिए संसद की शक्ति से संबंधित है।

 इसमें विशेष बहुमत द्वारा संशोधन और राज्यों की सहमति के साथ विशेष बहुमत द्वारा संशोधन का भी उल्लेख किया गया है।
